The Club, Kirkby Stephen

Kirkby Stephen Community Arts have worked with Highlights since 2015, bringing a mix of fantastic music, theatre and family performances to the town. We also run a preschool storytime and singing groups, monthly cinema screenings and one-off events throughout the year.

We run the majority of our activities in the concert room at The Club. There’s a bar downstairs and you’re welcome to bring drinks up to the performances. We encourage people attending our events to join the club as members – it’s just £2 per year, or 50p if you’re over 60.

The Club is in the centre of Kirkby Stephen, and there is plenty of on-street parking. There are three fish and chip shops in town, as well as a number of pubs selling food, The Mango Tree Indian restaurant and the Century Chinese restaurant.
