General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to work alongside our Artistic Director and small staff team. The successful candidate will manage our day-to-day operations, our finances and our company administration. For further information please download the recruitment pack.

    Volunteering

    Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Without them, there wouldn’t be a thriving arts scene in villages around the region.

    Volunteers are not only responsible for promotions in their villages, but work directly with Highlights, acting as board members, inputting data and helping with publicity distribution.
