Highlights offers a wide ranging participation programme alongside its events, organising and delivering creative engagement projects and workshops across Cumbria, County Durham and Northumberland.

We work with people of all ages, schools, colleges and community groups, offering them the chance to get involved in and be inspired by the arts.

Highlights is an Ally of The North East Youth Alliance (NEYA). NEYA has been created to support the development and sustainability of the people and the organisations working to improve the lives of young people across the region. Their ambition is to support a culture shift across the sector – to get people in the youth and community sector thinking and working differently.
