In May we’re delighted to be joined again by internationally renowned composer and Carnatic singer, Supriya Nagarajan, making her first visit of two to Cumbria, this Summer Term. Supriya will be working with children at Appleby Primary School and Crosby Ravensworth CE Primary School, where they will be developing creative music skills, singing Indian Classical Raga, collaborating and building memory skills. Supriya will also give a workshop to Key Stage 3 students at Ullswater Community College, linked to GCSE curriculum focusing on composition, performance techniques and genre.
