Highlights are delighted to have received funding support from the James Knott Trust, Cumbria Community Fund and Eden District Council, to launch a new project for children and young people which focuses on outstanding Artists from the North of England whose work we hope to champion.
All the Artists we will be working with have protected or under-represented characteristics, as outlined by the Equality Act (2010) and in conjunction with the Public Sector Equality Duty (2011). With funding support from Cumbria Community Fund and the James Knott Trust, we will be bringing workshops into Eden and South Lakes schools in Cumbria and schools across County Durham.
