- Ensure that everyone, including older people and those less able to travel have the opportunity to access the arts.

Volunteer
Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Without them, there wouldn’t be a thriving arts scene in villages around the region.
Volunteers are not only responsible for promotions in their villages, but work directly with Highlights, acting as board members, inputting data and helping with publicity distribution.
