Katie Laidlow

Katie joined us as a Young Promoter in March 2025. Katie complemented her studies at Carlisle College with opportunities to write reviews during our Spring 2025 season.

Katie wrote a number of excellent reviews and received support from Highlights trustee, Mary Ingham, as well as Community Programmer, Joel Phillimore, who were both very impressed with Katie’s work.

Katie is now studying Writing for Performance at CSSD and shared that she talked about her experience as a Young Promoter at her interview. Congratulations, Katie!

Suzanne Nunn

Suzanne joined us as a Young Promoter in May 2024 and worked with the Highlights team for her work experience week, from Kirkby Stephen Grammar School.

During her time at Highlights, Suzzane conducted interviews with artists and teachers, and learned editing video editing skills.
