We’re delighted to have Kema working back with us again in November, with some very special music making workshops at Kirkby Stephen Primary School and then at Stanhope Barrington C of E Primary School. Kema has worked with both these schools before and they are very excited to welcome him again.
Kema has been performing his original film role of China, in Northern Stage’s production of I, Daniel Blake. The actor, rapper and singer wrote and starred in the critically acclaimed Shine at Live Theatre – a show about his experience of moving to Newcastle aged three which is about to be adapted for a TV musical drama.
