Gilsland Village Hall is a volunteer run village hall. It is a 2 story Victorian reading room. The upstairs is the main performance space. Downstairs is a multifunctional general meeting room which is used by a variety of groups; WI, Post Office, craft groups and clubs. There is a well quipped kitchen and male and female toilets downstairs. The heating for the building is an air source heat pump and electric PV. Parking is outside on the street.
