On Saturday 2nd September, our Creative Engagement Officer Kate, will be a delegate for Highlights, at the first Spennymoor Youth Festival, at the Spennymoor Youth and Community Centre. She’ll be running one to one workshop sessions for young people interested in working with our Young Promoter scheme.
