Melodeon maestro and singer Saul Rose draws from his life in folk music and dance to bring his live shows to Highlights’ rural touring network.
Saul’s career includes touring extensively with Waterson:Carthy, a year as a principal in the west end production of Warhorse as Songman (the musical narrator) and a long-time member of bands Faustus and Whapweasel.
In 2009 Saul was nominated for the 2010 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards ‘Musician of the year’.
