On March 6th 2024, Highlights will be participating in the Cumbria Careers Day, organised by Cumbria Careers Hub, giving introductions to our Participate Programme and the opportunities we have for Young People, interested in the Creative Industries and Culture Sector. Our Young Promoters scheme offers students a chance to engage with artists and creative teams at village hall venues and also to work with our own Highlights team. It’s suitable for a range of different ages and needs, including Work Experience, Arts Awards, general interest and 19 – 25 year olds looking for professional development experience in the Arts.
